How do you deal with people who are mean and condescending to you at work?

I own the business so I fire them. But, I tell my employees that I always have an open door through which they can bring their concerns. I suggest speaking to your manager or boss about the situation. Mean and condescending people make for a horrible work environment and no owner, manager or supervisor wants that.
