Skyline r34 importing from uk to usa for racing/showing?

im want to import my r34 from uk to nj where i have just moved to i know it wont be able to become street legal but ill just put it in for show and racing how would i go about doing this and is it ok to be towed by a range rover to my garage in nj when i pick it up what would i expect from customs and transportations.
