Is it too late to join a fraternity?

Im currently doing under-grad at a great university...Im 23, i started college couple years late for personal reasons lol...but anyway im doing well 3.5 gpa. Im really interested in joining a Divine 9 fraternity. I really dont want to wait to join a graduate chapter. My question is...Is it too late to pledge a frat at 23? I really would value you some opinions lol
