What is a y appetizer?

Roasted Prosciutto wrapped asparagus. wrap a single fresh spear in 1 thin slice of proscuitto. Make 3-4 a piece for app portions. Usually works best in a spiral pattern. Roast at 400F on a silpat or parchement paper, because the meat WILL stick to an unlined pan, until the prosciutto is crisp about 2-3 minutes, usually not longer than 5. They cook quickly so keep an eye on them. you don't want a fully limp asparagus...that's not y... For a dip mix honey in with yogurt about a 50/50 ratio. it will be velvetty and a nice contrast to the high salt factor of the prosciutto.
