I need a good program for e mailing newsletters to my clients!?

I am in Real Estate and I like to send out monthly newsletters to all of my past clients. I usually create the newsletter in MS Publisher, because it is easy to lay out and I add a lot of pictures, etc. and then I go up to "Send Page" to a group of people. However, the font always looks weird and fuzzy once I e mail it out and it just does not look that professional. I could send it as an attachment, but people do not like to open attachments, and I just want it to show up as the e mail and not an attachment. Does anyone know of a good program or way- or anything else- I can be using or should be doing so I can e mail out a professional looking newsletter?
