Fundraising ideas?

I'm 15 and am going to Kenya next summer with my school on a community project. We help build school building, wells, equiptment for schooling needs and lots of basic things. It's all for a good cause. I need to raise �3250 very soon, as money is due not too far away. Do you have any good fundraising ideas? I'm in England, so car washing isn't very ideal in January.
