Raw itchy red bumps?!?

i don't know if its from shaving, but i have these 2 bumps that itch and when i scratch it too much it bleeds. one is located by my "bingo" (bum hole) and another on my va-j lip but not like inside it or anything, just on the skin. but it seems everytime i shave and the hair starts to grow back its always the same spot. and by the way im 35weeks & 2days prego. i was tested but i didnt have anything.
