Could I have lung Cancer?

I have had a cough for a year and feel weak and dizzy a lot. I see spots when I stand up too fast. I went to the ER for abdominal pain and fever and then they couldn't figure out why I had the abdominal pain. They did a abd CT and it showed a non calcified 7 mm lung nodule and then the pulmonary specialist did a chest ct and it showed a 9 mm lung lesion non calcified. All my blood work came back negative for "nodule causing things" ( valley fever, etc.) My insurance ran out so no more testing....I am only 25 and a non smoker. Doctor said he was not sure what caused it and most likely a low chance of cancer because of my age. Any advice? Does anyone know someone who had lung cancer this young?
