What would you think of a parent who lets their 3-year-old wear makeup?

I think it's kind of retarded that you have all of these makeup rules per age. Just because someone is 3 years old or 5 years old doesn't make them look any different while wearing makeup. Now, I personally don't think 3 year olds look good in makeup, but that's my opinion. But I wouldn't let her apply it herself because that might get a bit messy xD
