What is a great DJ Table that comes with software for a beginner!?

Hey, I am just now thinking about getting a DJ table, my price is around 300 dollars, and I am looking at best buy stuff. Is there a better place to go to buy it? Also, I really know nothing about it. I will have to start from scratch, so I need something that has a simple interface and hopefully comes with good DJ software. Also, can I DJ if I dont mix my own songs? I love dubstep but dont have the musical talent to create it, am I a poser or whatever? Little Tidbit: I am an economics major... weird! haha Any websites with tutorials would help, thanks guys!
