Possible Human Rights Abuses Preventing Deportation to the USA?

One person's abuse is another person's legitimate action. The US will make and break whatever laws it feels like because right now it holds the whip hand. They have taken this stance on human rights, the climate, etc. Maybe it will be a different story in a few years when China takes over.
