On a scale of 0-100, how frightening/suspenseful is the show Lost?

Through all six seasons, Lost was incredible. It's my favorite show ever. It has it's terrifying moments, as well as amazing emotional elements. Do yourself a favor and don't spoil the series before watching it. I give it 100.
