Does any one know how/with what lab equipment hospitals are currently testing troponin in chest pain patients?

I work for a rapid/bed side cardiac marker testing company. I want to know if troponin is currently being used to diagnose MI and what companies currently distribute in India. Is testing for troponin the standard of care? I would appreciate any information.
